Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. RECONSIDERATION OF SENATE BILLS SB 141 Senator Halford gave notice of reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 141(RLS) am An Act relating to legislative and executive branch ethics; relating to the conduct of lobbyists with respect to public officials; relating to campaigning by state employees; relating to the filing of financial disclosures by certain state employees and officials; making a conforming amendment to the definition of `public official' for employment security statutes; and providing for an effective date and moved and asked unanimous consent that it be taken up at this time.
