Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 764.  Without            
objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 85(JUD) was adopted and

consumer products from coverage under the state unemployment

Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 765.  Without            
objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 122(JUD) was adopted and

considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
