                        CONSIDERATION OF THE CALENDAR                        
                                                                               
                        SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS                       
                                                                               
SB 7                                                                         
SENATE BILL NO. 7 "An Act relating to bail after conviction for                
various felonies if the defendant has certain previous felony                  
convictions" was read the second time.                                         
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                                
                                                                               
Senators Halford, Green, Taylor, Miller, Leman, Kelly, Donley,                 
Phillips, Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent that they be                
shown as cosponsors on the bill.  Without objection, it was so                 
ordered.                                                                       
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 7 was read the third time.                                     
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 7 "An Act relating                 
to bail after conviction for various felonies if the defendant has             
certain previous felony convictions" pass the Senate?"  The roll was
