SENATE BILL NO. 84 "An Act making a special appropriation to                   
the principal of the permanent fund; and providing for an effective            
date" was read the second time.                                                
                                                                               
Senators Taylor, Kelly, Torgerson, Leman moved and asked                       
unanimous consent that they be shown as cosponsors on the bill.                
Without objection, it was so ordered.                                          
                                                                               
Senator Frank moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 556.  Without              
objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 84(FIN) was adopted and                      
read the second time.

	Insert  "$500,000,000"                                                        
                                                                               
Senator Duncan moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.
