Without objection, it was so ordered. SB 84 Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE BILL NO. 84 "An Act making a special appropriation to the principal of the permanent fund; and providing for an effective date" be held to the March 15 calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered. THIRD READING OF SENATE BILLS SB 39 CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 39(FIN) "An Act relating to memorial scholarship loans; and providing for an effective date" was read the third time.
