consent that CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 482(FIN) am An Act                          
relating to lobbying contracts of state-related entities and involving         
lobbying contracts of state-related entities and state procurement             
practices and procedures; and providing for an effective date be               
taken up.  Without objection, the bill was read the second time.

of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 4058.               
Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.
