appointment and confirmation process for members of certain boards,            
commissions, and similar bodies; relating to terms of certain                  
appointees; and providing for an effective date was read the second            
time.                                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Labor and Commerce Senate Committee Substitute offered on               
page 3192.  Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                      
BILL NO. 359(L&C) was adopted and read the second time.                        
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
