Senator Adams requested that the reconsideration on SENATE CS                  
FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 197(FIN) "An Act providing for                       
exploration incentive credits for activities involving locatable and           
leasable mineral and coal deposits on certain land in the state; and           
providing for an effective date" be taken up at this time.                     
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 197(FIN) was before                        
the Senate on reconsideration.                                                 
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
placed at the bottom of today's calendar.  Without objection, it was
