CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 357(RES) An Act relating to the                          
issuance of hunting, trapping, and noncommercial fishing licenses,             
tags, and permits and to residency for fish and game purposes; and             
providing for an effective date was read the second time.                      
                                                                               
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Resources Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 3153.             
Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                         
357(RES) was adopted and read the second time.                                 
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
