from the sale of goods and services and from the net proceeds of               
contractual arrangements are included in the gross revenue of the              
Alaska marine highway system.                                                  
Sec. 2.  AS 23.15.210(9) is amended to read:                                   
			(9) "public property" means real or personal                                
property owned or leased by the state or federal government, or an             
agency of the state or federal government, except for ferry terminal         
facilities or Alaska marine highway vessels;                                 
                                                                               
Renumber the following bill sections accordingly.                              
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.
