Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause and the Court Rule changes. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House. The Senate stood at ease at 10:05 p.m. The Senate reconvened at 10:52 p.m. HB 207 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 207(FIN) am "An Act relating to adjustments to royalty reserved to the state to encourage otherwise uneconomic production of oil and gas; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time.
