Senators Kelly, Duncan moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cross sponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 120(FIN) will appear on the May 15 calendar. HB 124 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 124(FIN) "An Act transferring the regulation of nursing home administrators to the Department of Commerce and Economic Development; abolishing the Board of Nursing Home Administrators; clarifying the conditions under which a nursing home administrator license may be denied; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time.
