Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the                     
citations be adopted.  Without objection, the citations were adopted

HB 10                                                                        
Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                    
NO. 10(STA) am "An Act relating to payment for emergency                       
services responding to certain motor vehicle accidents."  Without              
objection, the bill was referred to the Finance Committee.                     
                                                                               
SB 160                                                                       
The reconsideration on SENATE BILL NO. 160 am "An Act                          
excluding certain employment by students from the definition of                
`employment' in the state employment security laws" was not taken              
up this legislative day and the bill was referred to the Secretary for         
engrossment.                                                                   
                                                                               
HB 39                                                                        
The reconsideration on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 39(JUD) "An                       
Act relating to the authority of mobile intensive care paramedics,             
physician assistants, and emergency medical technicians to pronounce           
death under certain circumstances" was not taken up this legislative

Senator Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
twenty-four hour notice and publication requirements be waived on              
HOUSE BILL NO. 328 "An Act relating to reduced fees and group                  
discounts for visits to the state museum and its branches; and                 
providing for an effective date" for the Labor and Commerce                    
Committee meeting on May 9.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
