Objections were heard and Senators Taylor, Donley, Kelly, Phillips were required to vote. The question being: Shall SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 478(L&C) An Act allowing licensed real estate brokers, associate real estate brokers, and real estate salespersons to prepare certain documents; and providing for an effective date pass the Senate? The roll was taken with the following result: SCS HB 478(L&C) Third Reading - Final Passage Effective Date YEAS: 17 NAYS: 3 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Miller, Pearce, R.Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Torgerson, Zharoff Nays: Adams, Sharp, Taylor and so, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 478(L&C) passed the Senate. Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Taylor gave notice of reconsideration.
