Representative Brice objected. The question being: Shall SCR 26 be taken up as a Special Order of Business at this time? The roll was taken with the following result: SCR 26 Special Order of Business Take up at this time YEAS: 29 NAYS: 11 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Barnes, Bunde, B.Davis, G.Davis, Elton, Foster, Green, Hanley, Ivan, James, Kelly, Kohring, Kubina, Long, Mackie, Martin, Masek, Moses, Mulder, Phillips, Porter, Rokeberg, Sanders, Therriault, Toohey, Vezey, Williams, Willis Nays: Brice, Brown, Davies, Finkelstein, Grussendorf, Kott, Navarre, Nicholia, Ogan, Parnell, Robinson Ogan changed from "Yea" to "Nay". And so, the motion passed.
