Amendment No. 4 was offered by Representative Brown: Page 3, lines 20 - 21: Delete "In scenic areas, the department shall control the location of directional signs in a manner that maintains the quality of scenic areas." Insert "The department may not permit the placement of directional signs in scenic areas." Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 4 be adopted.
