definition of `severely medically disabled' applicable to prisoners           
seeking special medical parole; and amending provisions of the                 
correctional industries program, and extending the termination date            
of the Correctional Industries Commission and the program.                     
                                                                               
Representative Kott moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS                 
CSSB 175(FIN) am H be returned to second reading for the specific              
purpose of considering Amendment No.  4.  There being no objection,            
it was so ordered.

Delete to enlisted personnel in the United States Army                        
Insert at United States military mess facilities to enlisted
