Representative Porter objected.                                                
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Willis moved and asked unanimous consent that he be             
allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest.  Objection       
was heard, and Representative Willis was required to vote.                     
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"  The roll

and placed on final passage.                                                   
                                                                               
Objection was heard.                                                           
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that SB 172 (efd am H) would be in third reading            
on the May 10, 1995, calendar.
