And so, HCS SB 135(FIN) passed the House.                                      
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
roll call on passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the            
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.           
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Mackie gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on            
HCSSB135(FIN) and moved and asked unanimous consent that the                   
reconsideration be held to May 5, 1995.  There being no objection, it
