Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB28(FIN)(title am) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate. SB 93 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 6, 1995, calendar (page 1924), was read the third time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 93(RES) "An Act relating to the disposal of state land along the Dalton Highway; and providing for an effective date." Representative Nicholia moved and asked unanimous consent that HCSCSSB93(RES) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1.
