Representative Kelly gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on HJR 66 am. RECONSIDERATION SB 42 Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that the reconsideration (page 4009) of the following be held over until April 29, 1996: SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 42 am An Act allowing a person to hold more than one entry permit for certain fisheries and amending the definition of `unit of gear' for purposes of the commercial fisheries limited entry program; and providing for an effective date. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
