The Speaker appointed the following members to a Conference Committee to meet with the like committee from the Senate (page 2704 of the Senate Journal) to consider the above bills: Representative Porter, Chair Representative Navarre Representative Mulder The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. RECONSIDERATION HJR 58 Representative Finkelstein brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSHJR 58(RES) (page 3139). The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 58(RES) Relating to reauthorization and reform of the Endangered Species Act.
