HJR 60                                                                       
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House consider the Senate message (page 4088) on the following at              
this time:                                                                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 60(RES)                                     
Relating to Revised Statute 2477 rights-of-way.

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to CSHJR 60(RES), thus adopting SCS CSHJR 60(RES),                   
and recommended that the members vote yes.                                     
                                                                               
The question being:  Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment
