                         CERTIFICATION OF THE JOURNAL                        
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
journal for the 59th and 60th legislative days be approved as certified        
by the Chief Clerk.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.              
                                                                               
The Chief Clerk noted the following typographical error in the journal
