Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that HJR
 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on             
final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                   
                                                                               
HJR 1 was read the third time.                                                 
                                                                               
Representative Navarre moved and asked unanimous consent to change             
his recommendation on the Finance Committee report (page 834) from             
"do pass" to "no recommendation."  There being no objection, it was            
so ordered.
