Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the        
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.

Representative Sanders brought up reconsideration of the vote on               
CSSB 229(L&C) (page 4150).                                                     
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 229(L&C)                                               
An Act relating to employment contributions, to the calculation               
of unemployment insurance benefits, and to the state training and              
employment program; and providing for an effective date.                       
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  Shall CSSB 229(L&C) pass the
