HB 175 Representative Kubina brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 175(FIN) (page 3915). The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 175(FIN) An Act relating to licensing of sport fishing services operators and fishing guides; and providing for an effective date.
