There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Elton and Kott: Page 15, line 2, following (34): Insert procurements by the Office of the Governor for lobbying, public relations or advertising; (35) Representative Elton moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted.
