Representative Brice moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
following be removed from the Finance Committee and brought to the             
floor for consideration:                                                       
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 299                                                            
"An Act making appropriations for the monetary terms of the                   
collective bargaining agreement with the Inlandboatmen's Union                 
of the Pacific; and providing for an effective date."                          
                                                                               
Objection was heard.                                                           
                                                                               
Representative Brice moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw             
the motion.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                      
                                                                               
                                                                               
HB 300                                                                       
Representative Brice moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
following be removed from the Finance Committee and brought to the             
floor for consideration:                                                       
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 300                                                            
"An Act making appropriations for the monetary terms of the                   
collective bargaining agreement with Public Employees Local 71,                
Labor, Trades and Crafts Unit; and providing for an effective                  
date."
