Amendment No. 16 was offered by Representative Davies: Page 3, line 25, after "(e)": Insert "A teacher on layoff status accrues credited service under the teachers' retirement system (AS 14.25) during the period of layoff." Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 16 be adopted. Representative Ivan objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 16 be adopted?"
