Amendment No. 12 was not offered. Amendment No. 13 was offered by Representative Elton: Page 1, line 3, after "dismissal" (title amendment): Insert "relating to terms of employment for administrators;" Page 1, line 6, insert a new section to read: "Section 1. AS 14.20.130 is amended to read: Sec. 14.20.130. EMPLOYMENT OF TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS. An employer may, after January 1, issue contracts for the following school year to employees regularly qualified in accordance with the regulations of the department.
