SCR 26                                                                       
Representative Davies brought up reconsideration of the vote on                
SCR26 (page 2941).                                                             
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 26                                           
Authorizing a recess by the Senate and the House of                           
Representatives for a period of  more than three days.
