Amendment to Amendment No. 47 was offered  by Representative                    
Davies:                                                                        
                                                                               
Change funding source to General Fund as follows:                              
"Take $150,000 from the Agricultural Revolving Loan Fund and                  
$75,000 from the Northern Forum"                                               
                                                                               
Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
amendment to Amendment No. 47 be adopted.                                      
                                                                               
Objection was heard.
