The call was satisfied. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE RESOLUTION NO 6 Relating to the monetary terms of the Public Safety Unit arbitration, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: SR 6 Second Reading - On Reconsideration YEAS: 11 NAYS: 9 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Leman, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Sharp, Taylor Nays: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Kerttula, Lincoln, Little, Salo, Zharoff and so, SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 6 passed the Senate on reconsideration. STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS SB 301 The Rules Committee considered CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 301(FIN) am "An Act allowing a school district to offset a reduction of five percent or more in elementary and secondary school instructional units that the district is eligible to receive under the foundation formula; increasing the elementary and secondary instructional units received in a district that consists of a single funding community with an average daily membership of 800 or fewer students; and providing for an effective date."
