Without objection, the Senate recessed at 12:56 p.m. AFTER RECESS The Senate reconvened at 2:12 p.m. SR 6 Senator Kelly moved for the adoption of SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 6 Relating to the monetary terms of the Public Safety Unit arbitration. Senator Kelly called the Senate. President Halford stated the call was satisfied. SECOND READING OF SENATE RESOLUTIONS SR 6 SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 6 was read the second time. SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 6 was before the Senate on final passage. The question being: "Shall SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 6 Relating to the monetary terms of the Public Safety Unit arbitration, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: SR 6 Second Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 11 NAYS: 9 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Leman, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Sharp, Taylor Nays: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Kerttula, Lincoln, Little, Salo, Zharoff and so, SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 6 passed the Senate. Senator Duncan gave notice of reconsideration.
