Senator Taylor called the Senate. President Halford stated the call was satisfied. SENATE RESOLUTIONS IN THIRD READING SJR 40 CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 40(RES) was before the Senate on reconsideration. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 40(RES) Urging the Congress to amend the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 with respect to the financial responsibility requirements for offshore exploration and production facilities, pass the Senate?"
