Senator Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
Labor and Commerce Committee referral be waived on CS FOR                      
HOUSE BILL NO. 538(L&C) "An Act relating to uniform claims                     
forms, uniform standards, and uniform procedures for processing data           
relating to billing and payment of health care services; and providing         
for an effective date."  Without objection, it was so ordered.                 
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 538(L&C) was referred to the Rules
