Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 342(STA) was referred to the Secretary for enrollment. STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS SCR 20 The Resources Committee considered SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 20 Supporting the reopening and development of the Alaska-Juneau Mine, and recommended it be replaced with CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 20(RES), Supporting the responsible development of mining in Juneau.
