Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment.  Senator Duncan objected.  Senator Taylor recommended               
the body vote no.                                                              
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the Senate concur in the House                     
amendment to SENATE BILL NO. 242?"  The roll was taken with
