SB 84                                                                        
SENATE BILL NO. 84 am was automatically in third reading.                      
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 84 am "An Act                      
relating to fees for identification cards and certain motor vehicle            
licenses and permits; to licenses issued to drivers and to revocation          
of a license to drive; and providing for an effective date" pass the
