CONSIDERATION OF THE CALENDAR THIRD READING OF SENATE BILLS SB 84 SENATE BILL NO. 84 am "An Act relating to fees for identification cards and certain motor vehicle licenses and permits; to licenses issued to drivers and to revocation of a license to drive; and providing for an effective date" was read the third time. Senator Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE BILL NO. 84 am be held to the March 31 calendar. Senator Adams objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, it was so ordered. SENATE BILLS IN THIRD READING SB 154 CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 154(L&C) which had been held in third reading (page 951) was before the Senate at this time. Senator Lincoln moved that CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 154(L&C) be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1. Senator Taylor objected.
