SENATE BILL NO. 141 "An Act extending workers' compensation                    
coverage to certain high school students in uncompensated                      
work-study programs" was read the second time.                                 
                                                                               
Senator Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Labor and Commerce Committee Substitute offered on page                 
847.  Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 141(L&C)                       
"An Act relating to workers' compensation coverage for certain high            
school students in uncompensated work-study programs" was                      
adopted.                                                                       
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 141(L&C) was read the second time.                      
Senator Duncan called the Senate on the calendar.

Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
SENATE BILL NO. 141(L&C) be considered engrossed, advanced                     
to third reading and placed on final passage.
