The question being: "Shall the Letter of Intent be adopted?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 106(FIN) Third Reading - Reconsideration Adopt Letter of Intent YEAS: 14 NAYS: 6 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Donley, Ellis, Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Leman, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Sharp, Taylor, Zharoff Nays: Adams, Duncan, Kerttula, Lincoln, Little, Salo and so, the Senate Letter of Intent was adopted. Senator Adams moved that CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 106(FIN) be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 9. Senator Taylor objected. Senator Adams moved and asked unanimous consent that his motion be withdrawn. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Adams offered Amendment No. 9 (title amendment): Page 1, line 1, after "Act": Delete "establishing the energy authority revolving fund; repealing the rural electrification revolving loan fund and the bulk fuel revolving loan fund; relating to procurements for certain transmission lines; authorizing" Insert "relating to energy projects, programs, and funds, to administration of energy projects, programs, and funds, and to funding for energy projects and programs; relating to" Page 1, lines 6-7: Delete "and approving the design and construction costs of the interties"
