President Halford added a Finance Committee referral to SENATE                 
BILL NO. 73 "An Act relating to the time for filing certain civil              
actions; and providing for an effective date."                                 
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 73 was taken from the Rules Committee and                      
referred to the Finance Committee.                                             
                                                                               
SB 185                                                                       
President Halford added a Judiciary Committee referral to SENATE               
BILL NO. 185 "An Act relating to the limitations period for                    
assessments for certain state taxes, and for collection, after                 
assessment, of taxes due the state; and providing for an effective             
date."                                                                         
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 185 was taken from the Finance Committee and                   
referred to the Judiciary Committee, then the Finance Committee.               
                                                                               
SB 44                                                                        
Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 44                   
"An Act relating to civil liability for skiing accidents, operation of         
ski areas, and duties of ski area operators and skiers; and providing          
for an effective date."  Senator Donley objected.                              
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that his motion
