SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 1 was referred to the Secretary for enrollment. Message dated February 19 was read stating: The House respectfully requests the Senate to meet in Joint Session in the House Chamber on February 25 at 11:00 a.m. to hear an address by the Honorable Frank Murkowski, U.S. Senator.
