Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the journals             
for the thirty-first and thirty-second legislative days and Senate             
Supplement No. 11 be approved as certified by the Secretary.

SB 19                                                                        
Message of February 9 was read, stating the House passed and                   
returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 19(FIN) am                   
with the following amendment:                                                  
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                                           
19(FIN), entitled: "An Act relating to the crime of                            
conspiracy."                                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment.  Senator Adams objected.                                            
                                                                               
Senators Kerttula, Taylor, Pearce, Kelly, Frank, Miller, Sharp, Rieger         
moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as                        
cosponsors on the bill.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                 
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the Senate concur in the House                     
amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 19(FIN) am?"  The roll
