Senator Little moved that the Senate rescind its previous action in            
failing to adopt Amendment No. 5 (page 664).  Senator Kerttula                 
asked unanimous consent.  Senator Taylor objected, then withdrew               
his objection.  There being no further objections, the Senate                  
rescinded its previous action.                                                 
                                                                               
Senator Little moved that Amendment No. 5 be adopted.  Senator                 
Taylor objected.
