Senator Kerttula asked unanimous consent. Senator Taylor objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, the Senate rescinded its previous action. Senator Little moved that Amendment No. 5 be adopted. Senator Taylor objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 5 be adopted?"
