DURATION OF CONSPIRACY FOR PURPOSES OF LIMITATIONS OF ACTIONS. (a) Solely for purposes of applying AS12.10 governing limitations of actions, in a prosecution under AS11.31.120 a conspiracy terminates (1) when all the crimes that are serious felony offenses that are its objects are completed; or (2) if all of the crimes that are its objects are not completed, when the last overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy is done by the defendant or any of the other coconspirators. (b) In this section, "overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy" has the meaning given in AS11.31.120." Senator Little moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 8 be adopted. Without objection, Amendment No. 8 was adopted. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 19(FIN) am was automatically in third reading. Senator Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of a rescinding action. Without objection, it was so ordered.
