Senator Little offered Amendment No. 2 : Page 1, line 3: Delete "a new section" Insert "new sections" Page 3, following line 6: Insert a new section to read: "Sec. 11.31.125. DURATION OF CONSPIRACY FOR PURPOSES OF LIMITATIONS OF ACTIONS. (a) For purposes of applying AS12.10 governing limitations of actions, in a prosecution under AS11.31.120, conspiracy is a continuing course of conduct that terminates (1) when all the crimes that are serious felony offenses that are its objects are completed; (2) when the agreement is abandoned by the defendant and by all persons with whom the defendant agreed; or
