Senator Donley offered Amendment No. 15 : Page 2, in Sec. 14.11.008(b), after the line ending "5 percent": Delete: 100,001 - 200,000 10 percent 200,001 - 600,000 30 percent Insert: 100,001 - 200,000 15 percent over 200,000 25 percent Senator Donley moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 15.
